 I love this little guy and if the truth be told - i took way too many photos of him or her. It was impossible to resist!
He appeared during last weekends planting and repotting frenzy, quietly sitting on the new begonia, and repositioning his front legs and antenna.
Anyways, it was a great opportunity to take my newish Canon A80 out for a spin. I hovered 1" to 2" inches from him and he never moved. He did stop waving his arms or cleaning or whatever he had been doing and stared directly at the camera lens, sporadically changing an antenna's direction or position. I think he looks like a dogbug.
