I love love love Morford's column, and once again, today i find myself laughing (which should invariably help my happiness quotient, see below). Apparently Bush's Abstinence Education Program advocates "$50 million slice of embarrassing government detritus
that is now actually encouraging all states to tell their single,
youngish residents that they should -- how to put this so you don't

I read this article on happiness today, as i am always trying to make my life better but alas, for all the accomplishments and knowledge - i cannot fathom my own heart. I realized i could use a little help in that department and this group had the possibility of delving into the ability to measure ones' happiness, motivation, optimism and meaningfulness... well, apparently i only score a 3.29 out of 5.0 on the "Authentic Happiness Inventory" which measures overall happiness. You know, that sounds just about right too! ;-)
